For business users we can offer a number of maintenance services either onsite, in our service bay or via remote support.

We can build, install or configure existing hardware to suit your exact requirements.

Although we can tailor a support package to suit an individual businesses requirements our most popular support packages are as follows.

Full Onsite - An all encompassing maintenance package which includes unlimited telephone and onsite support including all servicing and maintenance costs. Excludes cost of failed hardware but includes all fitting, configuration costs. Prices will depend on your exact requirements. Please call or email us for a quote.

Timed Support - We will attend your site for a specified number of hours or days per week/month. This is charged at an hourly rate and will vary depending on number of hours required onsite and ranges from £25 to £50 an hour.

Support - Our most popular and cost effective maintenance package which can include basic monitoring to unlimited remote, telephone and onsite support including all servicing and maintenance costs. Any failed hardware that requires replacement is billed on top of support price. Hardware cover can be arranged at an additonal premium. This is delivered via the use of remote support software as we find this most cost effective. The majority of issues can be resolved remotely and for the ones that can't then onsite service can be included in the price.There are a number of options with a very simple pricing policy.

1. Basic monitoring - We will monitor your computer systems remotely and advise you of any issues that we beleive will impact of the smooth running of your business services. Any remedial action required would be billed at the agreed rates. Basic monitoring starts at £10 a month per machine for a site with 4 plus machines.

2. Full monitoring and repair - Same as basic monitoring but also includes full remote and telephone support to resolve any issues usually before they occur. Full monitoring starts at £15 a month per machine for a site with 4 plus machines.

3. Total Service - Same as full monitoring but we will also provide ongoing maintenance and optimisation of your computer systems. Also includes onsite maintenance for issues that we can't resolve remotely. Basically we will ensure that your computer system is runnning optimately at all times and check the correct operation of all your systems such as checking that backups are running correctly, al machines are kept updated with the latest service packs and drivers etc. Total service is £20 a month per machine for a site with 4 plus machines. When we were looking for premises for 1 Stop Tech shop we had a number of considerations. We wanted to be located in a strategic area at the centre of the motorway network that allowed PJR Micro Ltd to service our business and domestic customers easily and cost effectively. We therefore chose Chorley as this location. As we have continued expanding we quickly realised that our Chorley shop was to small for our purposes. We therefore started looking for new larger premises. There was nothing suitable within the immediate area so we expanded our search further afield, and located a building in Whelley, Wigan which was ideally suited for our purposes which we moved to in 2009. As our business is now going more and more data based we need a premises with fast backbone connection and as the fastest speeds we can obtain at Wigan is 3mb we have amalgamated all our business under one roof at our business service center at Coppull Where we have a 15mb and a 11mb backbone connection. Our Business customers range in areas from Liverpool to Wilmslow and Kendal to York and we have domestic customers all over Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Our new computer shop and premises have extensive offroad parking so short distance to carry sickly pc's.
